		<description><![CDATA[LOL, right.  Kemp should be #1 overall, right??  I don&#039;t mind disagreement, but bring something legitimate please.  Your scarcity and speed arguments don&#039;t work with Kemp vs. Utley.  The fact is, for your Kemp to #1 deal to work, he needs to improve SIGNIFICANTLY while the guys you&#039;re incorrectly placing behind him need to falter off of their established norms.  It&#039;s just an unnecessary risk.   

I can be talked out of Johan at #2 (these came out in September after all), but it&#039;s not madness by any stretch of the imagination.  He&#039;s not going to be dropped off the map based on one &quot;down&quot; season.  He&#039;s got a track record that earns a certain amount of respect at a position rife with uncertainty.]]></description>
