Hi Paulsporer,
In addition to your post I was wondering, I need some advice. I have not had this problem before until this year( I am a senior in high school). But now whenever I talk in front of the class and sometimes read out loud I get really dizzy, nauseous, my heart beats fast and when I speak out loud my voice cuts short and wavers. Even one day I took a few shots of liquor before a presentation( I was nervous at first but then it left. I need some advice the liquid courage helps but i need to do it without alcohol
